Nancy Pelosi, Democratic House majority leader, ordered the House back to DC for hearings on the Postmaster General’s war on the Post Office.

Here is a chronology of events and key players.

• DATE Trump attacks the postal service’s contract with Amazon.  Amazon pays USPS for parcel delivery not the other way round.  Trump says the government is losing money on the deal.  The USPS says the arrangement is very beneficial to the government.  Trump’s attack wanted to harm Jeff Bezos who owns the Washington Post, a very vocal main stream media critic of the Trump administration.   Trump’s assault on USPS 3 years later is not revenge because the PG did not void the contract as some suggest.
• DATE Trump talks about election fraud as concern about Russian and Chinese interference in our election grows.
• DATE Ivanka Trump owns a company that manufactures voting machines in China.  These machines are used in several states.  Let this sink in.  The daughter and adviser of a President on the ballot for re-election owns the machines that will be used to collect and transmit votes.  YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS STUFF UP.

• DATE Speculation and background articles about foreign interference, domestic interference and election hacking grows.
• DATE CoVID deaths and cases rise rapidly.  The country is locked down and is slow to reopen.  As the Pandemic spreads a growing number of states and public figures support mail in ballets.
• DATE Trump appoints a new Post Master General, Dejoy, a billionaire with Extensive interests and investments in USPS’s competitors in the private sector.
• DATE Trump refuses to approve the funding the post Office needs to operate.
• DATE.  Trump admits he is defunding the Post Office to prevent mail in ballot.  He encourages Red state voters to mail in their ballots and makes a confusing distinction between mail in ballots and absentee ballots.
  DATE Trump says he won’t consider the election results valid unless votes are tallied by the time the polls close.
• DATE, Dejoy in what is called the Friday night massacre, fires X Postal Service executives including
• DATE More reports of significant mail delays surface and people inside USPS talk about Dejoy’s direcivs aimed at slowing mail delivery like dismantling high speed sorting machine, removing mail boxes and rerouting mail sorting.

It’s clear to me that the appointment of a new post master general in the midst of a growing Pandemic, a cratering economy, and declining poll numbers was more than just something to do that day.  And this particular PG was not some random choice.  The ideal candidate:  A billionaire seeking to make more billions in the aftermath of the election.  Someone vulnerable to if not already under Putin’s  influence.  Someone who had zero f’s to give for patriotism or principles.  Dejoy checked every box.  Dejoy as PG is part of a broader strategy for not WINNING the election but STEALING the election.  The strategy in the main is this in order of increasing desperation.

• Keep criming and lying and ride a good economy, the confederate flag and a bible prop to another 4 years
•  A foreign government hostile or otherwise gives me dirt on Biden.
• Foreign interference: disinformation, agitation, hacking voting booths, changing votes and dead/dummy voters, etc.
• Postpone the election until after the Pandemic I let spread out of control
• a third party candidate to draw voters from Biden.  Somebody black, popular and willing to be used.  I know.  My boy,  Kanye!
• Suppress votes.  Delay mailed ballots and challenge voting by mail in the courts of law and public opinion.  Make it so Dems have to rely on in person voting during a raging pandemic.  Even if red states do not get their Mail in ballots before Dejoy crashes mail delivery, MAGA’s will vote in big numbers in person because I tell them to.   Libs won’t and Blacks won’t.
• Start hollering about rigged elections to give me a pretense to contest Biden’s win and to refuse To leave the office before a new election.
• Postpone the election because of civil unrest and the Pandemic.  I’ll have to either stoke an otherwise peaceful protest by sending in militiamen or create an event (my Reichstag Fire) that results in civil unrest.
• I lost but I Refuse to leave office and am calling on the military to back me in a coup.

Why do we let these overlords get away with such egregious crimes against the American people TIME-AND-TIME-AGAIN? Make them replace the mailboxes and sorting machines they’ve removed not just stop removing them. Make them restore the status quo to redress the damage Trump has already inflicted not just agree to do no more harm. Send a clear message that our right to vote is not to be obstructed, undermined or interfered with. Charge the Postmaster General with interfering with the mail. Prosecute him to the fullest. And impeach Trump AGAIN if he doesn’t heed the warning. He has made no bones about accepting foreign interference to get another term so why would we even entertain the notion that he’ll draw the line at domestic villainy to the same end
